We only book a small number of weddings for each month.

Sneak Peeks and Trailers are delivered within a few days after the wedding.

If you're having trouble deciding what length fits your day best, we recommend picking lower than you think you will need. You can upgrade at any time up to when we start editing your film, and we will let you know if we think a longer option fits better before we start.

Basic Ceremony Live Streaming

A basic stationary camera placed at the ceremony location streaming to YouTube. Quality will depend on data or Wi-Fi speeds available at the ceremony location.

Premium Ceremony Broadcast

A high quality multi-camera live stream of the ceremony. Utilizes our full range of cameras and audio equipment. Includes additional videographer for ceremony. Quality will depend on data or Wi-Fi speeds available.

The Booking Process:

You're looking at our Pricing Guide, which means you've done this! Go ahead and check out step two when you are ready, we can't wait to hear from you!

2. Time to Chat

Once you have had some time to look over our pricing, we will ask when a good time would be to have a phone call or video chat with you. We are pretty flexible with this and it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes or so. We can get to know each other, talk about your wedding plans and answer any questions you have. 

3. Let's Book!

Finally, we will send you an online quote that lets you build your package to your preference.

You can review our contract and reserve your date by placing the the 30% retainer directly on our site. We will then confirm your booking and return the completed contract back to you.

And... you're booked!

We are happy to help through the planning process and will be there for anything you need! We will plan a time to meet and go over all the details before the wedding. At that time we will put together a plan that is the perfect fit for your day!

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE ARE INCLUDED IN A FILM PACKAGE?

All of our wedding film packages include Full Wedding Coverage. We provide Full Wedding Coverage because we want to be there from prep all the way through your reception. We don't have tier options for how many hours we are on site, we just include up to 12 hours to make sure we capture the beginning all the way to the end of your day.



CAN I CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR MY HIGHLIGHT FILM?

Any songs must be licenced for use in your film. Because of this, we do not allow clients to select the music. We select the music used in your film to best fit your style and the wedding day. We never select songs before the wedding and spend HOURS finding the right songs for your film.



CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE AFTER BOOKING?

Yes! We encoarage you to get just what you know you want now and feel free to add on anything later! After your wedding we will confirm your package with you. At that time you can add on anything you'd like or upgrade highlight film lengths as well. As long as we haven't started editing yet, you are in the clear to upgrade! We shoot the same amount of footage no matter what highlight film option you select. This helps so much for easy upgrades!



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FILM?

Our delivery estimate it 30-60 days from the wedding until delivery. We do not guaruntee this, however we have stuck to that schedule very closely since we started (sometimes it's even sooner!). We typically spend around 60-100 hours per wedding working on getting every shot perfect! One of the perks of booking with J + K Film Co., is that we limit the number of booking we take on each month so that we can take our time and focus on each couple, while keeping delivery times fast. You can expect regular updates on what step of the process we are at (If we could set up tracking numbers like Fed-Ex, we totally would). While we do still get backed up at times, we are constantly working the long days and late nights, doing our best to get it to you in a timely manner. You can anticipate a bit of a longer wait if your wedding is later in the Fall, as this is usually our busiest season.



HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER TO BOOK?

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.



DO YOU OFFER RAW FOOTAGE WITH YOUR PACKAGES?

Raw footage can be a mess for you to sort through! We take hundreds of clips throughout your day and want it to be easy for you to look back at your day. That's where our Day Film add-on comes in. The Day Film is a polished up version of the raw footage. It includes full length multi-camera edits of the ceremony, speeches, and any other special moments throughout the day and feature high quality audio.



WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE?

This one gets nerdy! We use multiple Panasonic Lumix GH5 cameras with mostly Olympus lenses for weddings. The GH5 films in 4K 60 fps which is great for producing crisp slow motion and smooth video. All of our lenses have fixed focal lenghts which makes them great for low light and gives us a look with very shallow depth of field. We use a Ronin-S gimbal to get tracking shots and various shots around the venue and have our main cameras setup in compact balanced rigs that keep them versatile and steady through any situation. We also use various tripods and monopods for stabilization. We use an array of high quality audio and lighting equipment as well. Everything in our kit is specifically chosen to be as portable, high quality, and versatile as possible, while keeping guests safe and staying non-intrusive through the special moments of your day.



DO YOU HAVE A DRONE?

We do! We use a DJI MAVIC Air to capture that super cool cinematic footage of your venue. Our philosophy with drone footage is that we never want it to be overbearing or take away from your story. While it can work great to capture the setting of your day, we strive not to overuse it and keep things simple. Because of that philosophy, if the venue, weather, or timeline don't allow for drone footage to be captured, we focus on capturing similair establishing shots from the ground. This all ties in to producing the couple centered films we strive for.



DO YOU OFFER LIVE STREAMING?

Yes! We offer basic ceremony live streaming with high quality audio as well as full multi-cam ceremony broadcasts. Inquire to see details reguarding our live stream options.
