The Booking Process:
1. Say Hello!
Fill out our contact form and let us know some details about your day. When we receive your inquiry, we will shoot you a text or email letting you know our availability for your day and send our full pricing guide. That's where you will find our Highlight Film options and any Add-Ons like our Day Film Edit.
2. Time to Chat
Once you have had some time to look over our pricing, we will ask when a good time would be to have a phone call or video chat with you. We are pretty flexible with this and it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes or so. We can get to know each other, talk about your wedding plans and answer any questions you have.
3. Let's Book!
Finally, we will send you an online quote that lets you build your package to your preference.
You can review our contract and reserve your date by placing the the 30% retainer directly on our site. We will then confirm your booking and return the completed contract back to you.
And... you're booked!
We are happy to help through the planning process and will be there for anything you need! We will plan a time to meet and go over all the details before the wedding. At that time we will put together a plan that is the perfect fit for your day!

HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE ARE INCLUDED IN A FILM PACKAGE?
All of our wedding film packages include Full Wedding Coverage. We provide Full Wedding Coverage because we want to be there from prep all the way through your reception. We don't have tier options for how many hours we are on site, we just include up to 12 hours to make sure we capture the beginning all the way to the end of your day.
CAN I CHOOSE THE MUSIC FOR MY HIGHLIGHT FILM?
Any songs must be licenced for use in your film. Because of this, we do not allow clients to select the music. We select the music used in your film to best fit your style and the wedding day. We never select songs before the wedding and spend HOURS finding the right songs for your film.
CAN I UPGRADE MY PACKAGE AFTER BOOKING?
Yes! We encoarage you to get just what you know you want now and feel free to add on anything later! After your wedding we will confirm your package with you. At that time you can add on anything you'd like or upgrade highlight film lengths as well. As long as we haven't started editing yet, you are in the clear to upgrade!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FILM?
Our delivery estimate it 30-60 days from the wedding until delivery. We do not guaruntee this, however we have stuck to that schedule very closely since we started (sometimes it's even sooner!). We typically spend around 60-100 hours per wedding working on getting every shot perfect!
HOW MUCH IS THE RETAINER TO BOOK?
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding.
DO YOU OFFER RAW FOOTAGE WITH YOUR PACKAGES?
Raw footage can be a mess for you to sort through! We take hundreds of clips throughout your day and want it to be easy for you to look back at your day.
WHAT GEAR DO YOU USE?
This one gets nerdy!
DO YOU HAVE A DRONE?
We do! We use a DJI MAVIC Air to capture that super cool cinematic footage of your venue. Our philosophy with drone footage is that we never want it to be overbearing or take away from your story. While it can work great to capture the setting of your day, we strive not to overuse it and keep things simple.
DO YOU OFFER LIVE STREAMING?
Yes! We offer basic ceremony live streaming with high quality audio as well as full multi-cam ceremony broadcasts. Inquire to see details reguarding our live stream options.
HOW DO WE BOOK WITH YOU?
It all starts with sending us an inquiry! We will reach out and send our availablity as well as our full pricing guide.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept checks via mail OR card payments directly on our secure site.
IS THERE ANY OPTION FOR A PAYMENT PLAN?
We offer a variety of payment schedules to split up your balance after the retainer is paid. These payments can be made at any time on our online payment portal. All balances must be paid no later than 14 days before the wedding.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO EACH YEAR?
Typically around 15 to 20. We don't really limit our number per year, but we do limit ourselves to a few weddings each month. This is how we can guarantee the best quality of service, attention to detail, and fast delivery times for each couple.
